Process of Renting an Item

1. Search:- Search for any item you are interested in renting near your location. Click on the listing for more information including owner (business or individual) profile, details, descriptions, and photos. Ask any questions you may have. Save the listing for when you’re ready to rent.

2. Book Item:- Found a listing and ready to rent? Send the owner a rental request. From that point, you can ask questions about the item and arrange details like pick-up time and place.

3. Pick-up:- Pick-up or other arrangements should be made for possession of item. The owner will do a walk around and walk you through any details/instructions for operating and answer questions you may have.

4. Use:- Use the item as intended, for the length of use agreed upon.

5. Return:- Return the item to its owner in the same condition you received it.
